Retool has moved away from Ant Design and created a new library with 90+ optimized UI components for internal tools and business apps.

New additions include over 35 brand new components, 40+ input options, 3,400+ icons, and expanded customization for tables.

The updated library offers better support for UI patterns, pre-configured presets, and dynamic component options to enhance user interaction.

Existing users can upgrade deprecated components easily with a one-click upgrade option, while new components are accessible in the 'Inspector' during app development.

Retool introduces a new free plan allowing developers and teams up to 5 to build unlimited apps without cost.
