Pluralsight Acquires Code School for $36 Million

Pluralsight, an online tech training company, announced the acquisition of Code School for $36 million on January 26, 2015.

The purchase is part of Pluralsight's expansion strategy and is their sixth acquisition in the past 18 months.

Code School's interactive, badge-based learning complements Pluralsight's extensive library of nearly 4,000 courses.

The acquisition aims to provide an end-to-end learning experience for developers of all skill levels.

As a celebration, both platforms offered 72 hours of free access to all courses upon registration from January 26-30.
