ManyChat Unsubscribe Flow Update

ManyChat updated its unsubscribe flow for multi-channel accounts effective from April 19, 2021.

Previously, unsubscribing from one channel such as Messenger would unsubscribe a user from all ManyChat services; with the update, this will no longer be the case.

Users with multi-channel accounts will now be able to set opt-in and opt-out preferences individually for Messenger, SMS, and Email.

To adjust to these changes, users need to modify their Unsubscribe flow under Automation > Keywords.

Direct unsubscribes from the Audience or Live Chat tabs will still remove the user from all channels, unchanged from previous behavior.
