incident.io Enhanced Jira Integration

Incident.io updated their Jira Cloud integration to allow auto-exporting incidents as Jira tickets with configurable fields.

Conditions for when an incident is auto-exported to Jira can now be customized using similar functionality as with Workflows.

Once a Jira ticket is created from an incident, the fields within the ticket will be updated in real-time as the incident evolves.

New feature enables a comment to be automatically posted on the Jira ticket whenever an incident update is sent.

The integration process with Jira Cloud is streamlined, accessible via Settings -> Integrations.
