Previous $1M pre-seed funding was raised from Accel Partners, supporting Hashnode's development-focused blogging platform.

Hashnode combines the benefits of social media reach and self-hosted blog control, growing rapidly with 180+ daily articles and powering 25K personal blogs.

The platform introduced a range of features such as out-of-the-box analytics, rich embeds support, web monetization, and an Ambassador Program.

With new funding, Hashnode aims to build the largest developer community and sees potential for helping businesses run engineering blogs, while remaining free for individuals and non-profits.
