Figma Rolls Out Over 200 Dev Mode Enhancements

After a two-month open beta, Figma launches over 200 updates to the Dev Mode workspace, addressing user feedback.

New features include the addition of status labels, layout grids, rules, outline mode, comparison with main components, and Android XML & iOS UIKit as code options.

Enhancements cover usability improvements, such as seeing which library a component came from, typography previews, and granular text selection.

Code generation advancements like new shortcuts, detailed padding properties, line-height displays, and OpenType font features support.

Bug fixes include smoother gradient displays in text, improved tab navigation between Design and Dev Mode, and performance issues resolutions.
