GIFs will play automatically within the DocSend viewer, enhancing the sales and presentation experience.
The feature is aimed at capturing prospects' attention and providing an engaging sales experience.
Currently, GIF support is only available for PowerPoint presentations, with a suggestion to convert Google Slides or Keynote files to PowerPoint format.
The new feature is accessible to all DocSend users and detailed instructions and support are available via the Help Center.
