Qualified.io is recognized as the top technical assessment platform, used by major companies to evaluate their talent.

The acquisition will integrate Qualified's certification into the Andela platform to raise the success rate of placements.

Andela also welcomes the Codewars community, with 3.6 million engineers, to enhance opportunities for both talent and clients.

The move aligns with Andela’s focus on predictive matching and standardizing the certification of global engineering talent.
