Basedash Introduces User Data Privacy Feature

Basedash launches a feature to obscure personally identifiable information in databases.

This privacy tool allows sensitive data to be hidden while still permitting edits for customer support or operations.

Admins can now configure data obscuring for text and numeric columns, with plans to support more types in the future.

The obscured data is shown as a random string using a custom font called Basehash.

Other updates include fixes for boolean values in SQL views, markdown editing, and rich text cell font sizing, along with new keyboard shortcuts and user password settings.
